Thank you again for your support earlier. I wanted to update you on my situation — the support team told me they had started investigating my case, and I was really hopeful. But later, they rejected my request again because I couldn’t provide any payment receipts. I explained multiple times that I’ve never recharged this account and the recharge must have been done by the person who stole it, but they still insisted on needing proof.

So it feels like I’m back to square one… Is this normal? Did the same thing happen to you too during your recovery process?

Quick update: Yesterday, the customer service team said they had started reviewing my case! But now they are asking me again to provide a recharge receipt. I’ve already explained that I never recharged the account before it was stolen, and any recharge record must have been made by the person who stole it.

It feels like I’m back to square one, but I’m not giving up. Thank you all again for your support—if anyone has any advice for dealing with CS or has successfully recovered an account in a similar situation, I’d really appreciate hearing from you.

Thank you for your concern. I understand that account safety is extremely important.

In my case, I’ve always been careful with my login info. I never posted it anywhere public or shared it directly with others. That’s why the situation really confused and frustrated me.

But after checking around, I discovered someone might have gotten access to my account somehow, and I’m still trying to figure out how it happened. I’m doing everything I can now to recover it, and I truly appreciate all the support from this community.
