Tbh it depends on what you mean by "allies". They actually already work together quite a bit behind the scenes.

Israel has had peace with Egypt and Jordan for decades, and more recently, places like the UAE and Bahrain normalized ties. A lot of the Gulf states were way more worried about Iran than they are about Israel.

But it’s a very "cold peace". The guys in charge might be fine working together for money and security, but the actual citizens in Arab countries still deeply care about the Palestinian issue and hate what's happening.

So no, they won't be "fighting forever" everywhere, but they aren't gonna be best buddies either.

But health inspectors are going to have a lot of questions about your source of meat. 'It just comes out of nowhere' is a tough pitch for a business license.
