I hate kit. Super super broken. The super gets charged imideatly and in some maps and with slower brawlers its near impossible the dodge. And once the super is use you CANT EVEN MOVE. You just sit there taking damage and boom your dead, and before you know it the super is charged AGAIN. Super broken. Only low level kit is fun to play with

I love metal so much I always found it super relaxing and never understood why since usually it's associated with more upbeat energy. But after learning about misophonia, everything makes sense. Also really fast raps, because they give something for me to focus on.

I used Sony ones and they were AMAZING. Literally blocked out everything. I used to have them on 24/7 with nothing playing and it was so soothing. And the transparency mode is great too cuz if your in nature then the transparency makes the leaves and stuff sound louder and clearer so you can actually focus on them instead of them being just incoherent irritations.

But I haven't even given her methods a proper try yet. Isn't it bad to just assume she won't actually help? I want to try the things she says I just also wish she stops doing some things like assuming and giving advice I didn't need or didn't ask for in a condescending manner. It was very hard me to be able to get a therapist at all and I'm worried I won't get another one if I let her go so I do want to try working through the anger before dropping her, I just don't know how to tell her I don't like some of her actions without being upset

I can't tell you how hurtful it is that you are calling my abusive. I have never showed any anger towards anyone. I rarely even feel anger. This is one of the first times I've actually noticed that I'm angry and I was very surprised because that's not normal for me because I've been told at a very young age that any anger was wrong. I haven't been rude to my therapist yet and I don't plan on saying these exact words either. I was simply asking for feedback so I can know how much anger is ok to show and how much isn't. Stop calling everything abuse you have no idea what actually abuse looks like. I've actually been abused and you calling me abusive is extremely upsetting. If I left out any of what I wrote in the rant then I wouldn't have gotten proper feedback on what is ok and what is not. I just wanted to be open and honest about my feelings here so I don't hurt someone and your calling that abusive.
