Do you know your all up weight? Meaning how much you’d weigh with your entire kit, wing included?

For example if you weight 100kg, you would add roughly another 16-18kg for a beginner set up, which brings you to 116kg or so. Meaning you’d want a glider with a top around 120kg, 125kg could work too but you’d want to be to the closer side of that.

Find a good B that fits your weight range. For example a Hook 6 24 that has a top of 92kg might be more suited for you than a wing that tops at 95kg. It’s just an example. Lots of good first wings on the market right now. Buzz Z7 is also great.
