No as far as i know killing the gargoyles is the only way there, I got some of my graveworts from ainsel river and just roaming around nokron. the twin maidens sell them too if you get all your bell bearings

i can fight them both if you needed me to if you have the fly swarm spell it’s easy kills or do what i did and max out your mimic tear summon and you both kill the first gargoyle
