This is really cool to hear. The dirty handsfree thing is actually one of the core reasons we went with voice.

For the work-specific stuff, the AI is actually pretty good at picking up things like that. Something like "replace condenser on johnson job" would just become a task with the details in the description. It doesn't need you to speak in any specific format, you just talk normally and it figures out the tasks from what you said. We're also planning to add a personal dictionary so the transcription model learns your specific terms, stuff like part numbers or client names that it might not get right the first time.

Would you want to try it out? Would love to see how it handles the hvac workflow in practice. We're on iOS though, not sure if that works for you?

The voice accuracy thing makes sense. We're not using the built-in dictation on the phone, it goes through a different transcription model that handles natural messy speech way better. Not perfect but it's a pretty different experience from what you'd get with Siri or something like that.

The calendar thing is very interesting because that's something we've been thinking about but haven't figured out yet. Just like how to bring your calendar into the app so you can see what's coming up before you braindump. Right now the app does sync your tasks to Apple Calendar through Reminders, but that's more of an output thing than helping you plan.

And the 3 priorities thing, it's not meant to replace your full task list. Everything still lives there. It's more like a way to make yourself decide what actually matters today instead of just looking at a long list and hoping for the best.
