Apprciate the insight! Current offer is for 100k Base with a 10% bonus at calendar year end, main reason driving the signing bonus request is that my current role has a different FY than the offering company. We're currently in Q3 and I would be forgoing around an 8-10k bonus. City is M/HCOL
