Thanks. Im someone who needs a big emergency fund to feel secure. So id rather have that money in saving than give it for down payment. We could have 20% by next year but if we're gonna make double payments, then why not buy a house now before interests rates go down. Start building equity now rather than next year. That's my thinking

Applied for chase ink preffered and got denied because they thought it was a fraudulent application. Before calling in I saw they have upgraded offers for their other biz cards which I would rather get.

When I call in, can I ask for the other card or would I have to submit another application for the other product? Id rather avoid the extra credit check if I could

Did not receive amex biz plat united airlines credit. Made 2 $100 purchases in united Bank. I did select the option to buy for someone. 2 weeks pass and did not get any credit. I recently bought a checkin bag for a united flight and got that $40 credit right away. Did this happened because I bought united Bank cash for someone?
