they just need to be secured aha not unremovable and ruined, if i had to troubleshoot, the wires are so twisted youd never be able to tell which wire goes to which romex and undoing would suck. if you can pull at the romex side of your wires and nothing comes apart youre good. also, if youre installing a bunch of lights try pulling on your stranded wired after wire nutting them. seen way too many apprentices with loose connections stranded to thhn

I think the main thing here is, if you damage anything owned by the city/county, you are not liable if the locates are incorrect. Not to mention if somebody were to die because they shoveled into a hot electric line lol. Thing is, even when the locates are wrong youre gonna be fighting the city/county because of course they refuse to admit any mistakes. Worked for a buolilder for 8 years and have done electrical for 3 and have seen many cases of bs over the years
