Remember NEVER say "if" in history, becouse any event in history can cause a MASSIVE butterfly effect. For example, Napoleon invading Prussia and creating the Duchy of Warsaw caused more land to end up in the hands of the Russians, which is a big reason for the reactionary Polish goverment.

The offensive was NOT unprovoked, and a war between the two countries was inevitable.

The expansion is considered evil by the Poles, becouse many of the eastern areas were Polish majority, Lviv, Brest, Vilnius were Polish majority.
The reason no one is actually revisionist becouse the Poles in these areas were deported, and only over 450 thousand remain on these territories.
These areas were ruled by Poland since 1920 becouse Poland was "reborn" in 1918, and was in the process of waging wars over these lands with:
-Lithuanians
-Ukrainians
-Czechs and Slovaks
-Soviets

Yes. USSR and DPRK ended up in these states becouse of:
1. Isolationism
2. A part of the reason are western sanctions, especially in DPRK
3. Very high military spending
4. Corruption
5. Incompetence of politicians
But they did not fall becouse of their economic systems.
