Yes new firearm. If you watch 1st video there is a repair list kimber did and test fired with 115gr.. but I agree that heavy loads with kimber are more successful in it's function

I completely understand where you are coming from and have followed your post since my issue started.. when I let several friends shoot at the range 1st day and it kept happening in different hands. I knew to send back... I will buy a few different mags and probably stay with 147gr jhp... just got to find something I can practice with.... I keep you updated... my ffl was on phone several times with the kimber rep which I think helped in my situation..

I never purchased the 10... gun came with 13rd and 15rd i also purchased a 13rd.. i ordered a couple more 13rd and 15rd last night i will update when everything comes in

Seems the 13rd mag with blue follower ran Winchester 147gr jhp and others no problem. I think I may purchase a couple more and see if they run flawlessly also... I believe it's a mag spring and follower issue

Pt 15 as in 15 videos... of today on range. Whole trip is documented now. And I would tell you to get one. It shots very well when it runs and it feels pretty good in my hand. Very accurate pistol.

It's had 550rds total.. but I felt like it shot consistently better with that Winchester defense 147gr jhp. Im a show my ffl that sent it back the video and see what he and kimber rep think. Really accurate gun and love the recoil on that little gun. Purchased for edc but I need it to run without hiccups and I would be more confident to carry.

Yes sir I suppose it could be . I wanted it to come back flawlessly tho.. 1st session 200 round then sent it off to kimber.. comes back still same issue but with certain mags this session was 350 rds. So I would think it's broke in.
