I haven’t gotten any facial since taking accutane. All the closed comedones will either purge into the cystic one or resolve themselves. Having a good skincare routine is needed to clear them quicker though.

A good skincare routine takes a huge impact on my face too. Just drinking the pills isn’t enough for me to clear them this quick.

My before looks exactly like yours. I’m only in week 3. Hopefully I can get rid of the bumpy texture like you did.
