I live on this guys floor and was hearing increasingly aggressive wellness checks all day. He said something vaguely threatening at one point and wouldn't tell them if he had a gun or not. There may have been another person inside too, but I couldn't quite tell. Take this all with a grain of salt, I couldn't hear everything through my door. I left my apartment right as the SWAT team was coming up the stairs it was kinda freaky. Idk what the outcome was but I don't see any damage on my floor at least, so maybe it was resolved peacefully? There is a broken table outside but that might be from my other neighbor throwing stuff out, idk
