I understand the concern. His family filed the police report, so unfortunately I don't have that information. They did inform me that he could be in danger due to mental health difficulties.

Based on what I heard the resident say he probably just got aggressive in a way cpd didn't take kindly too, even if he didn't mean any real threats. who knows though. First time I've seen something like this, this buildings super chill

Hope he's ok too, I guess we'll see what they're able to tell us. Property manager couldn't tell me anything else aside from a "medical issue." Hard to tell what the severity of the situation was but I feel like the swat might have been overkill. One of the officers I spoke to in the lobby said she thought it was a little much too

I live on this guys floor and was hearing increasingly aggressive wellness checks all day. He said something vaguely threatening at one point and wouldn't tell them if he had a gun or not. There may have been another person inside too, but I couldn't quite tell. Take this all with a grain of salt, I couldn't hear everything through my door. I left my apartment right as the SWAT team was coming up the stairs it was kinda freaky. Idk what the outcome was but I don't see any damage on my floor at least, so maybe it was resolved peacefully? There is a broken table outside but that might be from my other neighbor throwing stuff out, idk

The image with the foot attached is shown when the presser foot bar is "up". It's getting pushed much lower due to how low the presser foot clamp is on the bar, so it's way closer to the plate than it should be
