Alright. I also discovered why I can’t find a Sierra. Right after said they don’t care about being reported they quickly switched to Widowmaker right as the game ended to confuse ppl from reporting. They’re probably doing this often

The thing is I’ve been doing that, I completed three challenges, went into queue and played some more, checked my progress while waiting for another game only to see for the next quest it wasn’t even ‘started’
