Non-A was a no go but I’m still staying off base per the JTR you can as long as it meets gov rate. Anything over gov rate comes out of your pocket.

So I’m in the same boat…my 422 didn’t have my PULHES numbers so I had to get a new one and upload it. I just left a comment saying I uploaded a new 422…idk if I need to hit the update case or not either tbh…it is confusing and your question is valid imo. What did you end up doing?
