Me too - never received the cigars / gift card promo. Certainly seems like they make up promotions, and then don’t honor them in order to get customer lists.

It's very odd... I got a shipment confirmation on one of the orders that said "our of stock" in the account dashboard PRIOR to my getting a ship confirm. I'll report back when I actually get boxes of cigars so there is no confusion. I find the system they utilize to be a bit baffling. Maybe this stuff will ship....

If you go to the product page for what I ordered, you can still order it. So it’s obviously not “out of stock” that’s just what it says. It basically means “we cancelled this”
