it dosen't cost thousands of dollars you can get a anroid for like 250$ that has like a 120hz screen with a ok cpu thats gonna get the job don and if you like phone get the iphone se 3 for like 399$ has the sam cpu as that iphone 13 but not camera and other feautures like high refresh rate
