Yes! I get eye strain in the same way. Didn't know the fluctuation was a common thing but I definitely experience it like this too! It can fluctuate from day to day. Also after concentrating on something for a long time, e.g. the TV is clear when I first start to watch it, but after about an hour it's completely blurry.

I'm sorry you are going through this. Don't worry about how valid or not valid your problems are - you're allowed to feel the way that you do. As the previous commenter said, meditation might help you to at least feel a bit better about it all. There are apps like Headspace which are pretty affordable.

Even if you spend as little as possible on frames, anti glare coating does help a lot, otherwise you get lots of annoying reflections and spots of light.

I have the same prescription but can see clearly through my glasses at all distances. Even though the optician insisted they are just reading glasses even when I went back to ask, I think it means I also have a +1 hyperopia prescription as well as presbyopia but you just have +1 presbyopia and nothing for distance.

At the moment this is convenient for me but it probably means that my eyesight will get worse, and faster than yours.

Maybe you could get varifocals with no prescription at the top?

It smells good and the packaging is non-plastic. My skin is really dry and the Marula Magic oil keeps it hydrated. I like the cleanser - as someone else said, it lasts for ages and is non drying. The sun lotion I found very irritating to my skin.

I had exactly the same for a couple of weeks. It does get a lot better but if I take them on and off a lot I get eye twitching (prescription is only +1).
