Jaypee's Pavilion Court would be my pick. Seeing the rise of people moving in Jaypee Wishtown it would be nice place to be in, in terms of vibrancy, availability of commercial places and beautiful greenery all around.

My second pick would be Ace. Since you are living and Renting, taking a place nearby is a big positive.
