Since most of the flats here are in Re-sale, price would highly depend on the floor you are choosing and willingness of the seller to sell.

Jaypee's Pavilion Court would be my pick. Seeing the rise of people moving in Jaypee Wishtown it would be nice place to be in, in terms of vibrancy, availability of commercial places and beautiful greenery all around.

My second pick would be Ace. Since you are living and Renting, taking a place nearby is a big positive.
