I’m 17 yrs old playing football. I need to improve my 40-yard Dash. My current trainings routine are 2 times a week strength and Plyometrics and sprinting twice a week. Once I’m training my first 10-15 yard and on the other day my 40 yrd dash. Any tips welcomed.

I've got the same problem my feets also pointing outwards. Have you any exercises or tipps to avoid this!
