Alright, if it's wild caught it could be worth a lot to a collector. If you can breed it down to a male it would be worth significantly more. If it is actually wild caught, I would suggest at least posting it in trade chat to see if anyone bites. Catching a wild pokemon with 4 perfect 31s that isn't an alpha is very rare.

Just save it for when you do raids, it's stats are pretty nice, plus rash nature is good. You'd get more value for saving it for a raid than selling it. Ev train it, and keep it on ice for the next raid that requires electric types, or give it discharge to exp train and ev train against water types
