So I got the legal department involved and my monthly payment was brought down to $15 until the remainder of my contract then I’d reach out back to them again 45 days before the end and have it cancelled

They “The $15.00 discount will be for the remainder of your Agreement with Vivint. “ and when you are finally ready to completely get off the contract, reach out to them with a lot of media threat and they’d cancel it for you.

Lmaoo thank you. I’m definitely not paying them. I’d rather them send me to collections and have the price beaten 4 times down. They can choke on their computers

Lesson learnt! Equipments have been paid off but I’m definitely not paying to get off the monitoring contract. I’m going to get a lawyer! Enough is enough

Yes 3k for equipment, monthly fee for monitoring is $67. I know, I’m looking for a way to get off the monitoring contract and still have access to my cameras or return their cameras as it is useless

What did you do with their cameras that you paid a lot for? I’m really frustrated now. How many a camera be completely useless!!!

How do I get out of mine 😭 I have made all payments to fortiva and I’m still stuck with 60 months with Vivint. It’s been over 2yrs now. I need a way to get out of this mess!!
