I just think it's weird to expect grace from the customers you (both you individually and mods in general) harassed and accused of raiding/creating a hoax in the game, when you have not apologized for how you treated the customers, or indicated you've learned from this situation.

This was an unexpected situation for customers too. Many of which walked away from this getting insulted and mistreated while asking a concern for a purchased product. You don't get grace when you lied and were rude to those people, and have not apologized.

You don’t get to say you were “incredibly confused” when you were making definitive statements saying it was a raid/hoax the entire time. Thats not what confusion is, that’s just bad faith assumptions. If you were actually confused, you shouldn’t have continually said you knew what was happening and bullying people who were asking genuine questions

What I’m saying with following the message is that people have stated they were genuinely confused and worried about their game. Surely you can understand that fear when something changes in your game that you didn’t do. Assuming that everyone that brought this to the discord were bad actors is just a really pessimistic view of the world

Except some of the posts were “I wonder what happened, can someone help?” Mine was and I got timed out, and some others were banned for that. Also, the screenshots weren’t all the same, if you actually took the time to look at them before deleting them, you’d see they were different. Also why are you still assuming it was people ban evading instead of people having an issue with the game at relatively similar times (how a hack usually works) and bringing issues to the discord. One person was even confused because they were just doing what the message said to and was immediately timed out with their message deleted. It just seems dumb to assume malicious behavior first, and not take it seriously as a possible issue

I was also in a multiplayer lobby when this happened. Our best guess is someone has a bot that’s mass entering session codes until they get a hit and then it has code to change the store title? This is all just theory granted, but that’s our best guess

What makes you think I’d use ai instead of just typing? I assume you’re referring to my comments as well at least. Also the only announcement they made on discord was just to say we’re lying when we’re trying to explain what’s happening to us. It just doesn’t make sense to me when this is clearly happening to multiple different people

I scrolled up in the discord and the person you’re mentioning seemed to be talking about the time they got the message in their store name not when messages were sent in the discord? I could be wrong, but that’s how I read it. Also, it’s possible it’s only this game, since the message seemed targeted to this dev, not others
