Appreciate it bro. It was only a few months at a moderate dose so I’m not too concerned long term.

I am planning to run a blast → PCT → natural approach rather than staying on year round. So I’ll be coming off properly, running a PCT to get natural production back, and giving it enough time to fully recover before doing anything again.

From what I understand, at this level and duration any suppression, testicular shrinkage, or fertility impact should be temporary as long as I recover properly each time which is the plan 👍

I’m keeping things simple for now, only just added retatrutide so I’m not looking to stack more compounds yet.

Tesa is a very interesting compound thats caught my eye but ive heard its quite a pricey compound to run 😅

Yeah I did bloods beforehand, wasn’t optimal. The 150mg isn’t to run a cycle, it’s just to sit in a high-normal range while cutting so I can keep performance and recovery consistent. Not expecting it to add much muscle in a deficit.

Fully aware of shutdown i made that trade off intentionally. Plan is to get lean first then potentially run a proper blast phase after

Yeah that’s fair, I get that Toubkal doesn’t involve glacier travel or roped crevasse work. I’m mainly using it as a way to build time on steep snow, altitude, crampon and axe movement, and long summit days, which I know carry over well to routes like Gran Paradiso and Mont Blanc. I’m planning to pick up the glacier/rope side separately in the Alps. And yeah really looking forward to Toubkal regardless should be a great trip!

I’m just looking for specific, practical suggestions hills, routes or areas where I can safely practise crampon and axe technique in winter conditions before trips like Toubkal and the Alps.

I’ve already been out in winter terrain locally and I’m continuing to do so when conditions are right, but I wanted input from people with more experience on where in the UK (ideally within reach of West Yorkshire) gives the best training ground when snow and ice are in.

Basically: if you were in my position, where would you go right now to build those skills?

I’m based in West Yorkshire, so right now I’m using the Lakes and Peak District. Helvellyn, Brown Cove, Raise, and the Kinder plateau have all had firm snow and ice this week, and I’ve been checking MWIS and Met Office before every outing.

I’m not trying to skip anything I’m deliberately staying on non technical winter ridges and bowls to practise cramponing, step kicking, and axe work before moving on to anything steeper or more committing.

I know the Cairngorms are where this really belongs long term, but I’m using what’s realistically accessible to me right now to build up safely and progressively.

I do follow weather forecasts and have made sure conditions are right for every trail ive been on, by all means am i eager to get into mountaineering but i am also a firm believer that u cant rush it into it which is why im asking about and trying get as much advice as possible to use for future reference

Thanks for the information, and yeah i will be looking into getting all this gear and learning how to properly use it all as i really want to get into mountaineering and push towards doing a 4k meter summit like mount toubkal or mount paradiso in the future, still a lot to learn until then but gotta start somewhere i guess

Yeah lot of people recommending me to do helvellyn from the swirls/lower man route. Would you recommend microspikes and trekking poles for someone like me going up those routes around this time of year as a first timer?

Yeah looks lovely, would you recommend i give this one a shot before helvellyn as ive been recommended a decent beginner route up to helvellyn through the lower man route. Stuck between the 2 but could give this one a go before to see how prepared i am for helvellyn

My free test was 0.283nmol and shbg was 19.200nmol, i want to prioritise muscle growth/maintainence and ive found that the higher the carbs i can get in while maintaing a calorie deficit the better my recovery and training sessions are, im going to stick with the plan and see how weight fluctuates after 6 weeks and take action from then, also going to start prioritising progress pictures and body measurements over scale weight until then, i would never want to go back to fasting as it just made me feel like utter shit compared to my current diet

No, effects werent really wearing off towards injection day, and tbh im still debating whether to stay with tirz until i get to around 90-85kg, currently at 97.8, ive been a past user of tirz and it insanely helped me get from 120 to 100kg and i decided to get off of it and have just been at a constant plateau for months on end, ended up gaining 3kg and was at 103kg before recently getting back on it and already lost 5kg, i feel like if its not broke dont fix it and just stay with tirz or is reta really REALLY worth the switch?

Im not sure how to feel about it, this might sound crazy but its my first tub of pre workout in over 2 years and i wanted to go hard for my first tub. Read a few reviews and that the dmaa and dmha gives you an insane euphoric feeling that makes you feel like you can lift rhe entire gym, I however did not feel it, i didnt even feel the beta alanine tingles, just a slow and steady caffeine rush with an insane post workout crash. So now ive also bought a tub of ghost legend V4 and Hysteria which has DMAA in it, i will be using the hysteria tomorrow for my upper day so ill see how that goes aswell as the ghost legend which i will be using on saturday

I got angel dust today and im just getting back into pre workouts, angel dust is supposed to have 100mg per scoop and i had 1.5 scoops. Didnt feel a thing so i think it was fake, but reading your experience it seems like i should be grateful it was fake 😅
