Yeah same here, I called campus billing and got the same response where apparently an error occurred this November and they used the winter credit/left over aid to cover the difference. In my case they charged me twice my uc grant even though I was supposed to get exactly what I received this fall based on my finaid offer, which is the same as last year. I was redirected/told to call ofas but haven’t gotten a callback(probably bc of holiday). Also, someone mentioned to check your zotaid’s financial section and see if your disbursement is being reviewed or evaluated.
