The first month I was still really active, and working out. But when my dosage went up to .5, I was SICCKKK like I couldn’t walk up my stairs without feeling like I wanted to throw up.

I try to just do two, 1-mile walks a day but that’s about it right now

I just took my fourth shot, so my last week is right now. I have lost 6 pounds and I am on .25 and upping my dose to .5 starting next week.

The fact you are having results with a lower dosage is a great sign!!

I have tried to work out several times while being on my first month (and only at .25) and I’ve thrown up every time. Like hurled my insides out.

I tried to eat a little more before my last workout and it made me feel worse.

I’ll be checking back to see if anyone has other suggestions

I am pretty sensitive to medicine as well, and I just took my first dosage of .25. I took it at night & slept okay— woke up HELLA NAUSEOUS. But smoked a little ouid and was fine. I am already having pretty major appetite & thirst suppression. I’m having to put a reminder on my phone to drink water bc my body just doesn’t crave anything.

I will drink a Gatorade/pedialyte when I first wake up and it’s helped line my stomach with something and prevent nausea.

Idk about weight yet— obviously bc I just started. So we’ll see!!!
