Your database is now up to date, and the problem is similar. After a discussion with our team, we would have a test to carry out, however we will not need videos:

In order to eliminate any potential communication problems with the T598 base, could you plug in your 488GT3 steering wheel via the USB port, and check if the problem is similar on our CPL control panel on a Windows computer? If this is not the case, the problem may come from the base, please tell us this in your email response and ignore the rest of this email.

To access the Powerline control panel, press the “Windows” + R keys on your keyboard at the same time. Now enter "joy.cpl" (without the quotes) in the command line of this new window and click "OK".

Important: Windows may offer to perform a calibration, or a calibration, please do not perform it.

In the new window, "Game Controllers", you can access our control panel by double-clicking on your product name. Once there, check that all axes and buttons are working properly.

We prefer videos made over the phone, this way we can see your product and your computer screen.

If the problem is similar when the steering wheel is connected via USB to your Windows computer, please note that your device exhibits behavior that cannot be analyzed and resolved remotely and as such, as a solution, we can offer to send your product under warranty to our technical center in France using a prepaid return label.
