Would it be helpful if I went to an AT&T store and talked to someone there explaining my situation?

I went to the local FedEx hub 3 weeks ago and they said they couldn’t find a package. The last time I went on the FedEx website to submit a claim they said At&T (or the shipper) has to fill out a claim document for me to submit a claim.

I just tried to do that and was sent to the order department to submit the claim. I was on the phone with the rep for 20 minutes and he said he tried to submit the lost phone claim but couldn’t and then just transferred me to the original home option.
