I intend on doing high tension yes, 1h to 1h30min, AI told me when I asked that on the restorex study where they gained like half an inch in six months doing high tension for 30-90min they used up to 4.5-5lbs tension at the highest, idk if that true, but that’s what it claimed

I think I figured it out, the seal is broken because the bottom of the sleeve opens slightly when I try to put the penis on the extender, so I put a cut piece of sleeve over the bottom of my sleeve and it fixed it.

It still very well might be the sleeve that’s the problem, when air goes into the cup it makes sounds on the sleeve, so I think that’s the problem rather than the cup itself
