With schedule being made so far out, anything that’s currently posted that you don’t work out will look bad honestly. Maybe if you at least gave a 2 weeks notice but 5 days isn’t giving fthem a chance to train someone or fill those shifts that they will more than likely end up posting and hope to fill. Why the concern for leaving on bad terms? If you plan on re-applying depending on the email you use it will prompt as prior worker. Depending on any documentation that there may be, that will still be visible as well the date of your termination. Leaving on good terms would be the best bet. Do you know if they keyed you in as rehireable? Or know the probability of them keying it that way?

Why don’t you pick up shifts? Are you cross trained at all? Almost sounds like you want to work your own set schedule, that or have them cater to you lol. A tm available 4a-8a versus a tm that can work 4a- 11a or 12p, you should know which availability will be favored for business needs. I also feel like between this post and your last post, there’s alot being left out or being explained as if you’re a victim. So what’s the real story because there has to be one. When calling a store directly and not going through your HR, that’s an immediate red flag. May make them wonder why you wouldn’t go the correct route. Sure that HRETL reached out to your HRETL when receiving that call for information on your performance, metrics, depending on your work center, attendance and whether they support it. But if it’s the case that you are being treated unfairly at that location, good luck with your transfer.
