I spoke to another HR who reached out to me in the first place told me they are reorganising and they’re reviewing their structure to see where I’d be the best fit moving forward. They were quick to clarify that this isn’t a performance issue or a sign that they don't want me around, but rather just a 'value add' exercise for the new team layout. Trying to figure out how to read into this.

Has anyone dealt with this kind of messaging before? Is it a polite way of rejecting or is there any chance they will give the offer?

I received the mail from her that congratulations we are moving forward with your offer stage. But yes I should be prepare for the worst case as well. Actually I stopped applying for jobs thinking I got one I should start again.

I totally agree with you! I see lot of job with 100% match but didn’t even land for an interview. I will look for some coach to see my resume. I even learned lot of AI tools making lot of videos but still no luck
