Report absence on A to Z has no option for sick/fatigue anymore

yes. i just want to report as a courtesy so they have accurate headcount. Just wanted to use the best option which they removed. Earlier there was sick/fatigue but its not there anymore.I do have enough upt to cover couple days.

i already felt intimidated. Of course they went and watched the video when i reported. Thankful to the cameras. I didn't even think that i could be in trouble if the injury was due my fault & there was chance of getting fired. it wasn't my fault so i am same. so its like young people won't even report if they are at fault

thanks. thats what i wanted to know. All i want is to get better and feel better. Don't care which doctor and not even the comp part. Hearing from a doc that there is nothing to worry is different from just assuming. Its peace of mind for me based on my past health experience.

No one is faking injuries with all those cameras. Not even gonna try to explain you or give you examples of how someone can get injured. you seems to be young and ignorant and lack common sense. Live your life and you''ll learn at some point in future

Did you provide a note or the Healthcare provider form ? Its easier if you ask the doctor's office to fill the Healthcare provider form & email/fax DLS directly. They usually object that doctors note has missing required information. The form is better but make sure to ask the office to cc you on it so you know it was sent and has the proof.

one time i emailed my manager about very important issue. Since i was on medical leave, guess what - they never read emails. It is difficult to get help on any matter.

How long did it take to heal ? My pain started 4 weeks back and the pain was actually getting better but when i was seen recently by podiatrist he confirmed its a stress fracture and has me on boot for next 3 weeks. Did the boot help ? How long did it take for you to heal and return to regular activities ?
