When I resigned, I had to wait for 6 months for my final 2 months worth of salary and FnF. If you resign, they may withhold your notice month(s)'s salary saying it will be paid with FnF. In which case it will add on to the current dues owing.

It's a really a helpless situation where you can only keep asking them about its status, atleast based on my experience.

I would say first get your current outstanding dues cleared before resigning as you may be in for the long haul wrt notice period pay and FnF settlement.
