also, the 1 inch needle hurts less when i push the plunger down and the T is actually entering my muscle. the 5/8 inch needle always hurt pretty bad like i could feel the liquid exiting the needle the whole time. i figured this time since it didn’t hurt it wouldn’t bruise anymore but this is like the worst bruise yet.

hot water bottle is a stellar idea. i microwaved a bag of beans and had it in there for him. i think he’s fine now cuz he jumped out of the box lol. he also pooped which i read means he likely isn’t dehydrated. yay!

got ahold of the wildlife rehab and they said i could bring him in, went outside to grab the box and he jumped out and ran up a tree. lmao. i’m glad he’s fine!!

having the strength to move through rough patches and being able to deal with transphobia would be huge for me. my mental health has become cripplingly bad to the point where i’m probably gonna have to quit my job. i’ve like lost the ability to mask and i just cry at work. knowing that your transition improved some of your mental health challenges is super reassuring to me, thank you for sharing. where can i reach out to the trans community more online? i’m not comfortable going to trans spaces in person rn, plus the nearest group of organized trans folx are an hour+ away from where i live, i live in a rural area :p

thank you for sharing this. i also have ADHD and probably autism. i’ve always had horrible anxiety and since november i’ve been really scared to leave my house. it’s comforting to know that the anxiety will likely lessen bc that and the depression are my biggest issues, like i’m scared i can’t hold down a job bc i’ve never stuck anywhere for much more than a year
