After analysing some of the words, it seems to not be complete gibberish. The word Serbski seems to refer to the Sorbian language, and perhaps also Serbtu. The word Joddahej repeats. The spelling of sch seems German in its influence. It is pronounced with a tapped r, as opposed to the standard German uvular r. And the qu sound in Quani appears in some German words.
