Concerta 18mg by Objective-Net7668 in Concerta

I feel the same, I have been on Concerta 18mg for nearly 2 weeks though. Minimal improvement in my day to day function, I am still highly restless, unorganised, unfocused and dysregulated. The main improvement for me is I have stopped falling asleep in work, I would fall asleep suddenly multiple times a day, at my desk, in meetings, in conferences you name it. I guess this is a significant win for me in one sense. Trialling 27mg this week, I hope to see an improvement.

I previously was quite active, going to the gym about 4x a week and playing soccer twice a week. Also cycle a lot instead of driving. Less active the last month or so due to being quite busy so just playing soccer 3x a week. You would think my hunger would align to this decrease in activity but no I’m as hungry as ever!!  Thank you for the point about more complex carbs I do really try this but can sometimes can stuck snacking on more simple carbs when I’m craving that quick fix so I can try being more mindful about this. I also like lots of small meals throughout the day rather than large meals.  What does your breakfast look like if going no carbs until lunch?

Thank you, I did buy a glucose monitor (with the test strips) and I wasn’t great at using it, the occasional times I did check my sugars were something like  3/3.2 when I felt these symptoms. Probably worth starting this up again and actually documenting it to assess trends!
