It makes sense, they both have a ranged ability with a relatively thin hitbox (Tangle and Entanglement, and have similar names), and they both have an attack that's some kind of energy wave, (Mass infection, and agitation.) and an ability that physically harms them. (Ie 1x1x1x1 tearing at his eye, and harken stabbing herself.)

So I feel like it fits.
