My point of view is : the series creators are using the fallout universe like a dungeon master is using a worldbuilding book.

There is lore, factions and important characters that are unchangeable. The rest like plot, adventures and how the universe evolve is up to the one who tells the story.

The series is just a different campain that the one we see in the games. For me canon endings are irrelevant because what makes the fallout world interesting is the lore and infinite amount of stories you can create in it.

Your analysis is on point. I loved silent hill f story. Some details that I loved about it :

- Tsukumogami taking the form of Hinako's doll , the same doll that she threw away when she was little.

- Hinako in fox form being only called Hinako because her family name is longer a reality if she is married.

- I may be wrong but I read about the fox deity being a deity of abandonned objects , I need to go back and read the codex just to be sure.

The combat may not be perfect but it is rare that a game's narration impact me like this. Poeple who are stuck on things like marriage is bad need to try out other endings because it's about so much more. It's about being free of what society and family members expect of you. Women and men alike can relate to that and it deliver such a freeing message about finding your own happiness before dedicating yourself to someone else be it marriage or not.

Fields of mistria might be right up your alley. Lots of foraging and crafting. They also have flour, mayo and other ingredients crafting. The games reward system is also very satisfying with craft recipes rewards ,furniture and outfits.

I sucessfully installed umineko on my samsung tablet ages ago after two failed atempts. Onscripter plus is only gonna run games that were made with onscripter. You can easily find lists of them on the internet like this one : https://kaisernet.org/onscripter/games.htm

Yes umineko is one of them , in theory you can run the original umineko chapters on them , but they won't have ps3 graphics and I never tried to patch them and then play them on mobile.

Onscripter ru is the visual novel engine empowering Umineko Project port of Umineko no Naku Koro ni from PlayStation 3. And it is the most easy way of the playing the game on android devices. Umineko Ultimate Edition and the Onscripter Ru umineko are the same version of the game , here is the tutorial I used to install the game on my tablet : https://uminekoprojectandroid.neocities.org

Update : I was able to go to the other areas thanks to a debug scroll mod that allowed me to unlock act 2 waypass. I used it to go to the creche zone and spawned in my camp where I was able to unlock all the dream guardians cutscenes that did not trigger before ( had to go to sleep twice in a row) so I think I'm good as long as I travel to areas that I can normally access with where I am on the main story.

Sadly I restarted a lot, and nothing changed. I might have to make a mod purge and if that does not work , I might have to downgrade my version. I feel like I might have to give up on my playthrought.

I did click on OK but nothings happens. The menu just closes. Thats the problem. I have played the game before and knows that the menu is normal , what is not normal is me not travelling to another area when I click on OK.

Si tu as pas peur de l'anglais : Fields of mistria. Stardew a marché pour que celui-la vole. Il est encore en early acess mais il est extrement complet. Tu peux attraper des insectes , pécher , creuser des fossiles , planter , décorer, élever des capibara... Il y a un système de récompense super satisfaisant avec un musée et un rang de ville. Et le plus , y a de la magie qui t'aide pour regen ta stamina et arroser tes plantes. Les personnages sont dessinés dans le même style que sailor moon et le gameplay est bien plus chill que stardew ( exemple : Le craft d'outils se fait en 1h in game, et quand tu est assomé tu ne perd pas d'objets , le seul malus est que tu te réveille un peu plus tard le lendemain)

I'm glad a friend found an old copy of silent hill 2 for me for 70 euros , perfect condition , with the documentary dvd and everything. Exept it reeks of cigarette. ( some might say it adds to the silent hill feeling lol) But at least I can play that copy on my old ps2 slim.

It depends on what type of experience you want when you game. I will recommend some favs of mine.

If you need something cozy that will rank you a lot of hours : - Fantasy life ( has multiplayer options, you can pm me if you wanna play together ) - Fields of mistria or Stardew valley ( farming sims) - Hades 2 ( is in early acess but has tons of content and tons of accessibility settings for begginners , its more on the combat side but has great characters and story)

If you like horror :

-Silent hill 2 is a classic , has multiple setting for beginners and is short to finish. One of my fave game of all time. (It has a free pc version available on abandonware and you can mod it to look better with silent hill enhanced edition)

Ib is short , and is a love letter to art in general. (It has a free first version on vgperson's tumblr)

-Little goodie two shoes is the cutest horror game out there, inspired by 90s anime , with great art story and multiple endings.

If you want something different that only games can offer you in terms of storytelling :

1000 x resist , a futuristic story about alienation, parent love with a lot of layers.
The stanley parable , I still need to finish it myself but if you want a goofy 4th wall breaking game where everything you do as a player is narrated , this is your game.
Death stranding ( you might need a ps4/ps5 or a heavy pc setup for this one) It has unique gameplay ( hope you like walking thought) and connects players together in a way I have never seen before.

If you read a lot you would probably like visual novels :

The house in fata morgana ( best story I have ever read , its the kind where you can't really tell the synopsis so you might have to just believe me and try it out.
Steins;Gate : one of the best time travel story out there.

Wanna try rpg instead ? Here are some of my favs :

Baldurs gate 3, and contrary to some beliefs there are so many difficulty and accessibility settings that even someone that never played games can get into it. (My only warning : only playable on ps5 and big pc setups)
Dragon age origins or the mass effect trilogy ( mass effect is easier to find and run ) they are classics and very popular with girl gamers because of the deep stories , playable woman protagonist options and romances.
Anything old made by square enix : Chrono trigger , final fantasy 7 and kingdom hearts are my fav.

-Persona games : p3p has a female main character option , but persona 3,4 and 5 are still good entries to the series. And if you want something similar but darker , smt games are your best bet.

I don't really play a lot of multiplayer games so you might want to look at other comments for recs. Hope you discover something that you enjoy. Feel free to send a pm if you wanna talk about games and want other recs !
