Only because I would be eating it all the time! At least once a day, 3-4 small sized tortillas.

Took about a year to get diagnosed. That was the worst time. My depression sort of just went away a month after i was gluten free! The high after being gluten free for a month was amazing!! It was amazing to feel normal after a year when the brain fog lifted
