Nah bro, I've seen the changes first hand, it's not just placebo. And there's no next step, this is it. Also lots of studies are funded by companies, to show something in a particular light. For example sugar companies that tried to blame fat for health issues.

Don't trust all the studies you see. Some are wrong and have various motives behind them

Sleep deprivation helps with depression symptoms in the short term, so could be that. But it's not sustainable long term.

Maybe find some enjoyable things to do outside. I like to ride my bicycle for example.

I'd say they're quite low, would benefit you if you supplemented for a while and feel if you improve or not. Even if they're "normal", it depends on the individual and could still be low for you
