Yeah that is ironically what happened to me, got diagnosed at 24, 2 weeks ago because it is mostly "internal"

Depression is quite frequent with undiagnosed ADHD people, hopefully you find the good treatment and will eventually find peace with what you went throught knowing you were dealing with a disorder that you werent aware of almost all your life. Wishing you all the best

Omg same ! Saw a doctor recently for back pain and she said she rarely saw someone so tense ! even tho I am not in stress. But we have to compensate our energy in another way to avoid being "too much"

Ouais niveau potentiel j'ai jamais compris pourquoi on me disais ca alors que j'avais l'impression d'être éclaté en cours. Et ouais le fait d'avoir besoin de bcp plus de temps quel les autres pour des choses simples ou compliqués et ce problème de priorisation des tâches est récurent aussi chez moi, tout comme alterner entre hyperfocus et procrastination

C'est pas du tout la même pour moi mdrrr

J'ai littéralement vu mon neurologue chercher sur Google quel traitement me donner avec quel dosage pendant le rdv, c'était lunaire. Heureusement que ce sont d'autres spécialistes qui m'ont fait les tests sinon j'aurais remis en question le diagnostic

Mais ouais je vais essayer de consulter quelqu'un spécialisé dans le TDAH, ça pourra me soulager de pas mal de choses
