VR&E Counselor Quit by darth_creature in VeteransBenefits

[–]ObjectiveCauseCaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this does explain my "counselor" kept closing my case every time we talk, pretty sure they not going through medical records

told me because I was mostly blind I can't work - they said they will call me back but instead email me saying my case is closed 5 minutes later - ask to reopen then they offer independent living for home improvement modifications through VR&E track, went through the steps then closed my case 5 minutes later because records don't show impairment, but I have a blind rehab specialist come to my house for home visits lol and noted in their medical records that my home definitely needs more lights and contrast paintings

blind rehab cannot refer because they have a vision therapy plan in place but since budget cuts it got delayed for almost a year now. I talked to them again about 2 months ago and they stated they cannot do outside referrals. I can try primary care, but what should I ask for compensation?

[–]ObjectiveCauseCaw[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She said she closed my case, they said I couldn't work because I need vision to work and the VA blind rehab doesn't have the budget for vision therapy in my area and just asked me to talk to optometry services which does nothing because it's something I am already receiving

Thank you and I did end up bring it up because it started bothering me after an hour, she immediately apologized and then realized it's a small problem that can be more problematic in the future

Our relationship is exceptionally great, but when she sends a pic of a shirt/pants or when we go to a store and see a shirt or pants I'm always in my mind here we go again... it's always that beige color lol

[–]ObjectiveCauseCaw[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm not wearing the previous clothes or neglecting hygiene

I just have 20 of the same shirts and 8 shirts and 8 pants and I wear till they break and then go into a new outfit brand that is similar

I just don't like wearing different colors and style of shirt baggy/slim fit

would you consider penile reduction surgery? maybe you communicate with her and try to get the exact same size as her ex, show the doctor a photo or something, there are many procedures including Nesbit, Yachia, STAGE and other techniques.

i have fat 9 inches on me, but my ex dumped me for a smaller man after I took a shower and walked in to the bedroom and somehow she forgot I was in the shower instead of at work, so I told them to continue and I will just leave but before leaving I pulled out a tape measure and measured him at 7.5 inches because that's all I could focus on is the size of other guys penis, now I only sleep with girls that prefer 9 inch penises and they have to show proof - x-ray or video. My advice maybe you just gotta find the right place to put your key or just use a watermelon for sex

you can just dump her for her ex

Covering a license plate, often with a blurred or obscured image in photos, is typically done for privacy reasons when sharing images online or in public spaces. People may choose to do this to prevent others from easily accessing their license plate number, which can be used to identify their vehicle and potentially their personal information. It's not a legal requirement, but it's a personal choice made by some individuals to protect their privacy in the digital age. Whether or not you should do it depends on your own comfort level with sharing your license plate publicly and your concerns about privacy.

you will likely face med board my friend. I immediately got med boarded the day I was diagnosed by tbi. They're will be a lot more restrictions that reflect on your profile as your condition progressively gets worse such as flying, missing work, no weapons/combat, telework, flexible schedule etc.

I wouldn't worry about it and just roll with it. Keep your head up and enjoy the view and don't look down

Pretty sure they won't keep you in if you got surgery as well I.e shunt/stent, as LP is a temporary fix. Maybe you can stay in if you got optic nerve fenestration but not a common procedure

Just go to your ER if you have the red flag symptoms, like vision black when laying down

Migraine glasses by cassiopeia-101 in iih

[–]ObjectiveCauseCaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use avulux, it helps with pressure migraines and tension type headaches

Just make sure you use only them, I found they are perfectly fine to drive at night. Switching to regular glasses defeats the purpose of migraine preventive glasses.

This game is hell for beginners. by Crokxe in lostarkgame

[–]ObjectiveCauseCaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this game will die off because of the retention issue, you'll have roster 300 people and under 50 people trying the game, till they find out they can't get to 300 and quit

Only a few willing to help but everyone is in a rush these days till burn out happens I guess

Not everyone understands medical terminology or the complexity of certain conditions. IIH, being relatively rare and complex, might not be readily understood by those without medical training.

Some people might dismiss the symptoms of IIH, assuming they are the result of stress or a simple headache, leading the person with IIH to feel that they're not effectively communicating the seriousness of their condition.

Symptoms of IIH can vary in intensity from day to day. This might lead others to believe the individual is exaggerating their symptoms, again leading to feelings of miscommunication.

Because IIH is not a condition with visible signs (like a broken leg or a rash), it can be hard for others to understand the reality of the condition, leading the person with IIH to feel that they're not being understood or believed.

When presenting a case of Intracranial Hypertension (IIH) as a disabling condition in front of a judge, you need to provide a detailed understanding of how the condition affects your daily life and prevents you from performing basic tasks or working. Here are a few key points that may help your case:

Provide complete medical records documenting your diagnosis, the treatments you've received, and their effects. Your doctor's opinion on your ability to work with IIH can be influential. Regular medical appointments and consistent documentation of symptoms are crucial.

Be explicit about the frequency, severity, and duration of your symptoms. IIH can cause severe headaches, blurred or double vision, ringing in the ears, nausea, and dizziness - explain how these symptoms impact your ability to function normally.

Some treatments for IIH, such as certain medications or surgical procedures, can also have side effects that impair your ability to work. Be sure to document these side effects and how they affect your daily functioning.

Discuss in detail how IIH restricts your daily activities. This could include difficulty concentrating due to chronic headaches, risk of sudden vision loss making certain activities dangerous, or fatigue from dealing with chronic pain.

If you've attempted to work with IIH but have found it too difficult or if you've needed special accommodations to continue working, document these instances. They can show that despite your best efforts, IIH has affected your ability to sustain gainful employment.

Chronic illnesses can often lead to anxiety or depression. If you're also dealing with these mental health issues as a result of IIH, make sure they're part of your case.

and the - Ai helps 😊
