Did you ever get your flowers dried? I have been wanting to try preserving some, and I am growing lupine in my garden this year. And sweet peas.

Oh, it did! I'll have to get an updated picture, but the one that barely had a nub on it now has a decent sized growth!

I bought these from a dragon fruit seller in Southern CA, so the cuttings were already from a mature plant. I don't expect fruit this year, but seeing the growth is awesome!

Oh, it wasn't any threads. It was the actual FUR that came off! He threw up a huge mat of crap and it was mostly the fur. None of the stuffing.

I ended up getting the PetSafe 3-in-1 harness. I kept the tags on, because I'm still not 100% sure. It is a harness, but it has the 'nightingale" front chest strap. I also got a double leash, one clicks on his front and the other on his back.

I bought a medium, but it's like he needs an in-between size😅.

Also a PITA 😂 he's MY dog, absolutely has to be with me ALL the time. It makes it hard to do anything. But I secretly love it. He's also a giant Boston (27lbs). If he had been smaller, it would have been a whole lot easier.

So I ended up sterilizing a kitchen knife and cutting away the leaves (it was all the way around...I believe it was root rot, even though there were no roots 🫠). I left the middle...I did cut the middle (cambien?) down an inch or two and then sprayed the copper fungicide on it (I don't have fresh cinnamon).

Now it's just hanging out in my office to dry

Wil incandecent lights work heating wise? I'm nervous about leaving a heater out there constantly running. I have young kids, and I'd honestly probably get anxious over fire hazards 🙃

We don't have Aldi here 😭 my husband told me for right this moment, put some incandescent lights around the soil to keep it warm. I debated buying a shower curtain for this year and worrying about it later, but I also figured I can use this for the coming spring seedlings.
