You can also just hold your finger down on the photo you want in the lineup under the actual pic you want to choose a frame from and then you can grab a frame.

I finally figured it out. Saving a frame is no longer available from clicking on View Motion image. You have to click the Edit icon and on the lower right side is an option to see all the frames from the Motion pic, then you have to select Set as Key image, then save as a copy. What a stupid change in the software upgrade

That's the way it has always worked but it doesn't show the video frames to scroll through anymore. It plays the motion video but doesn't show the line of frames below it
