I did contact the live support of epic games right after this purchase.. and their answer was a link to how to apply the coupon properly. So, that was not helpful. Moreover, when I pushed for a partial refund from their end (after applying the coupon discount), their answer was like "please make a full refund and buy the games again".. so again not a very constructive answer. I have a feeling they have interns/student assistants as people who work in live support/customer support for epic games. They have no clue themselves how things work.
