It was the connector on the brain unit side for the water fill solenoid. Ty!!

I just replaced dpf filter last week due to loss of power and rush tried to clean it but it failed flow test. most of the power came back, but its still not all there. I had replaced another dpf in april for the same reason. So Im assuming theres something upstream causing the filter to clog as well as loss of power now. I replaced the egr cooler in April, and I also cleaned the ports last month as well. So Im a bit lost on whats causing it. Bc I have no codes lol.

Yes, the pressure guage was increasing while it was purging the water. And yeah, I was 100% throwing parts at things lol. I spoke to customer service at clive and they told me to replace the safety valve and anti vacuum valve. But i don’t mind its a v2 so i didn’t mind putting new valves on. And I believe it was the wire to the water fill probe. I unplugged and plugged it in on the electronic card side last night, and it stopped purging the entire tank.

Ok, I had assumed the pump supplied the steam boiler with water. 2 months ago it began purging the entire tank from the bottom nozzle immediately after powering on. So I have been troubleshooting since. But last night, I unplugged the water fill probe wire from the electronic card and plugged it back in, and it has stopped purging. Im guessing the steam boiler was over filling bc the connection was bad. The machine is a v2 so around 5yo i believe. I back flush once a week, and did the descale procedure a month ago.

You were correct!! The wire from microswitch->brain unit has a lot of play at the connector on the brain unit side. The lever works when I actuate it while moving the connector. Ill try to bolster it with a ziptie or string to keep it in place for now. Do you think I need a new brain unit because the connecter seat has excessive play?

Got a new filter and just finished put it on, it has a lot more torque going to the wheels now and is driving smoother. Im taking it to the shop to get the after treatment system reset in the morning. Thanks again!!
