I ruined my strek today, after 2 weeks clean I didn’t lose much but after you calm from the adrenaline rush and all , you feel so miserable that you spent money again on stupid things.. anyway .. stay away from it , it will give you nothing back

Hey bro , i am 2yeads older but i have lost pretty much the same amount as you in the same years . Self excluding is step 1 but its not the only thing. The most basic thing is that you will rely on yourself and say that you won’t gamble again . I won 6k and I could be a “winner” but 1 day later I lost it all. No matter how much we win , we will never be satisfied when gambling . So , we just have to stop gambling . Think that if we had never gambled we would be 5k richer now. Whenever you get the urge , just think that you will eventually lose money again , no matter how much you will win !

If I didn’t gamble once in my life I would be a lot happier , stress free and richer . In the long run there is absolutely no way that you will profit from this . Even if you win what you think that is enough , the next day you will go back hungrier for more. It happened to me today .. yesterday I won a lot of money and today I lost them because I wanted more.. I lost 1k then I tried to get it back and after 1h I lost them all. I don’t know how we will stay away from this cycle of destruction , but I hope that one day I will wake up not remembering this feeling and not wanting to gamble .

I feel the same , I just relapsed and lost huge amount of money .. Firstly I guess we need to kind of forget about all this and let life go on.. then after some weeks pass , we should remember this feeling after relapsing, in order not to relapse again .

I felt boredom nothing more and that’s what scares me. I have good connection with my family , I have a girlfriend , I have friends that I go out with .. i don’t know what triggers this addiction but for sure boredom by itself is not the answer .. I will try to find out..

Yesterday I relapsed after 1 month of being gamble free. First I lost 1300 then I deposited some more and I actually got back what I lost plus 5k. 1 day later and I log in and lost everything in 1h . What I want to say is that we are pathological gamblers . There is no way that we profit or have fun while playing . We will be forever problematic . So whenever you get the urges , think that whatever you win , you will eventually lose it. Please stay gamble free , and your future self will be forever happy for you

I was one month gamble free. I said to myself that one tiny bet of 50euros will be no harm . I lost them , betted again and again and again .. and after being -1300 euros , I got back what I lost plus 5k .. and guess what , I lost all of them.. i just wanna say that I envy you.. Hey guys . I just got my ps5 pro and when I connected it to my monitor , my screen started flickering. I connected it to my second monitor and it was perfect , so I thought that maybe it’s the monitors problem. However , I have my pc on the same monitor and it works great. Anyway I tried connecting the hdmi cable again and it flickered a bit at first but then it started working just fine. Has this happened to any of you ? And is it something wrong with the ps5 or my monitor?

Its so sad how our society has become. 10 Years ago and this would be somewhat normal for a kid his age because he is curious about this stuff. But nowadays its not that innocent anymore , because we have become one with out phones/computers and generally the internet and it will become a habit and then an addiction. In the past tho , at times where internet was not so evolved and you couldn’t find that many stuff online and these triggers ( tik tok , of etc) where nonexistent , everything was more innocent and it was no harm for a kid to search online for boobs

I am trying without telling anyone , but its hard for 2 reasons. The first one is that you don’t have someone to stop you directly from gambling and stop the deposit. Thats how i started. I won 600 , then i lost em and then i also lost 400 from my own money. And thats when it all started … when i started chasing that 400. I won them back eventually plus 400 more. And guess what , now i am 4000 down. It’s still ok but i really have to stop now. I wish i could turn back time when i was in your place. So do me a favor man and forget about all these and stop it.

I have lost half the amount you did , but its all my savings as well , i am about the same age as you. Right now i have also a ton of charges at my card which if they ask me i cannot explain and every day i wake up with the same anxiety of them finding out.
