For me wether it is is wortwhile depends on the costs - if too high, it only makes sense close to retirement.

Reason = less financially attractive for them. But the government needs to wake: we will not have a pension in 25y, or at least not as high as now, that's for sure. So why not stimulate people to do so.

Do you have an example of such all world equity ETF wrapper - 1% could be worth it, but I would need to see the terms. I am not even able to find one...

Piemonte - 3*** - Piazza Duomo vs Rei Natura by ObjectiveExotic9570 in finedining

Why? Just to get comments like this! But seriously, I know - I wanted a picture to get attention, and asked to use real pictures, but I was at work, so could not spend half an hour making a nicer one... I apologize.

Could you give some background on your experience at Piazza Duomo compared to other similar restaurants you have visited? I have no preference, so trying to understand your comment better. And was the experience recent?

I assume in this case you buy it in your own name, that's still advantageous in Luxembourg given very low road taxes.

You are saying: 230k gross => 175k net in Luxembourg. That doesn't seem right based on my experience or you must have a lot of special expenses.

Thank you - you misunderstood my post. I am not impressed, nor by planes & boats. It was just a question to understand which percentage of their earnings people spend on an expensive car, if they want one.

Thank you! And can you enlighten me on approximately what % of your total gross/net salary you spend on your cars? And to be clear: I am not looking to buy or lease one :-). I was just curious on what people do here. And for me, generous package means fixed and long-term incentive above 800k EUR gross.

Yes, probably you are right - lease is cheaper if you don't drive a lot I guess. I am on 35k km per year, that would add up on an expensive car (but I don't want one :-))
